Candace Chay, Assoc CIPD, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Candace is currently a Recruitment Partner at North Oil Company Qatar, where they independently manage the full-cycle recruitment process for designated departments and supports reorganization efforts. Prior to this, Candace worked as an Assistant Manager Recruitment at KPMG Qatar, where they established recruitment processes and successfully hired a large number of professionals within a year. Candace also has experience as a Consultant at Faststream Recruitment Group, specializing in technical shipping positions, and as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Air Energi, focusing on recruitment solutions for the oil and gas industry. Candace has also held positions at Doha Film Institute, Akatsuki Pte Ltd, and Regus Business Services Marina Pte Ltd, where they gained valuable skills in event management, marketing, branding, and customer service.

Candace Chay, Assoc CIPD, began their education journey in 2002, attending Nanyang Polytechnic where they obtained a Diploma in Multimedia and Infocomm Technology. Candace then continued their studies at Murdoch University from 2007 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
