Faribourz Adli has 26 years of work experience in various roles within the engineering and project management field. Faribourz started their career at Iranian Offshore Oil Company, where they executed small and medium-sized projects and eventually became a Project Delivery Team Lead. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of projects, from resourcing and budgeting to execution and closeout.

Faribourz then worked at WorleyParsons as a Project Manager, where they managed detail design engineering and subcontractors for SAGD projects.

Afterwards, they joined Shell Canada as a Project Development/Pre DG3 Engineering Team Lead/Project Manager. Here, they developed engineering designs and managed the opportunity-framing sessions for both green and brown field projects. Faribourz also led the feasibility studies and concept selections for offshore green field projects.

Faribourz then worked at FLAR Consulting Inc. as a Freelance Project Management Consultant/Offshore Development Manager. Faribourz conducted feasibility assessments and developed cost and schedule reports for potential offshore development options.

Faribourz'smost recent position was at North Oil Company Qatar, where they worked as an Engineering and Design Lead.

Faribourz Adli obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Petroleum University of Technology, where they studied from 1984 to 1989.
