Fatima al-Benali

Fatima Al-Benali has a comprehensive work experience in recruitment and talent sourcing. Fatima held the position of Head of Recruitment at North Oil Company Qatar since 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Maersk Oil Qatar as a Recruitment & Qatarization Partner from 2013 to 2017. In this role, they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including job requirements understanding, sourcing strategies, candidate screening, and managing the offer process. Before joining Maersk Oil Qatar, Fatima worked at Qatar Telecom as a Supervisor Talent Sourcing in 2012 and as an Officer Talent Sourcing from 2008 to 2012. In these positions, they implemented best practices in sourcing and selection, conducted competency-based interviewing, and coached line managers on using this methodology for hiring.

Fatima Al-Benali pursued their education in the field of Human Resources Management. Fatima first attended the College of North Atlantic Qatar from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Diploma. Later, they enrolled at Middlesex University - Dubai and completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from 2011 to 2012.
