Jocelyn Hooi Pheng Tan Cox

Jocelyn Hooi Pheng Tan Cox has extensive work experience in procurement and contract management. Jocelyn Hooi Pheng started their career in 1994 as an Assistant Project Materials Coordinator at Shell for the MLNG-2 Project. Jocelyn Hooi Pheng then worked at Saipem, where they served as a Senior Procurement Coordinator for various projects, including the ConocoPhilips ADGF Project and the PTT Ratchaburi-Wangnoi Gas Pipeline Project. At Nacap, they worked as the Deputy Procurement Manager for the TTM PTT/Petronas Gas Pipeline Project. Jocelyn Hooi Pheng later joined Technip as a Procurement Lead for the ConocoPhilips Indonesia Kerisi Project.

In 2007, Jocelyn joined Total as a Procurement Specialist for the Tunu 11, Peciko 6, Tunu 12, and Tunu 13 Projects. Jocelyn Hooi Pheng then moved on to Santos Ltd, where they worked as both a Senior Procurement Advisor for the SANTOS GLNG Gladstone LNG Project. Jocelyn Hooi Pheng'srole involved managing and expediting the procurement activities of EPC contractors, coordinating quality audits, and performing risk assessment and management. After Santos Ltd, they joined Total again as a Senior Procurement/Contract Specialist, providing advisory support to the TOTAL Project Management Team on a range of procurement, expediting, inspection, and logistics matters for several development projects.

Most recently, Jocelyn worked at Qatar Petroleum as a Senior Procurement Coordinator and later as a Procurement Engineer at North Oil Company Qatar.

Jocelyn Hooi Pheng Tan Cox pursued their education at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology from 1989 to 1993. During this period, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
