Mark Hodgson

Mark Hodgson is a Geographic Information System Specialist currently employed at North Oil Company Qatar since October 2023. Prior to this position, Mark served as the Location Data & Information Manager at the Department of Transport in Western Australia from August 2020 to September 2023, leading the information management workstream for the Westport Program. Mark's previous experience includes roles as Data Processor & GIS Lead at MMA Offshore Limited and CAD/GIS Coordinator at Neptune Marine Services, where responsibilities included supervising a team and ensuring the quality of CAD and GIS deliverables. Mark began a career with Fugro, initially as a Data Centre Archivist before becoming a Data Processor focused on offshore cartography. Mark holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Science from Curtin University and a Bachelor of Science in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from the University of Newcastle.
