Moustafa R. has a diverse work experience in the fields of safety and security. Moustafa has worked as a Safety and Security Lead at North Oil Company Qatar since 2017. Prior to that, they served as a Safety and Security Advisor at Maersk Oil from 2012 to 2017. Moustafa also worked as an HSE Engineer at HOCHTIEF Solutions Middle East Qatar W.L.L from 2008 to 2012, where they managed HSE implementation and led a team of personnel in executing HSE activities. Before that, they were an HSE Manager at AlMisnad Trading and Contracting Qatar W.L.L from 2006 to 2008. Moustafa started their career as a Trainee Engineer at ASEC Cement in 2005.

Moustafa R. completed their Bachelor's degree in Mining and Metallurgy Engineering from Assiut University from 1999 to 2005.
