Paul Grant

Paul Grant, holding a TECH IOSH qualification, has extensive experience in safety coaching across various companies since 2001. Currently serving as a Safety Coach for North Oil Company Qatar and Maersk Oil Qatar, Paul focuses on transforming safety mindsets and behaviors among international crews to foster an accident-free workplace. As the owner of PJ Grant Safety Consultants Ltd, Paul continues to engage in safety coaching initiatives. Previous roles include serving as a Safety Coach at KCA Deutag Drilling Ltd and working in diverse positions such as Deck Foreman and Floorman at Prosafe and Roustabout at KCA Deutag, where Paul was also involved in crew safety representation and behavioral safety programs. Early education was completed at Buckie Community High from 1985 to 1989.
