Ryad Laincer has diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Ryad started their career at Arkema in 2006, where they worked as a Plant Inspection Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for pressure equipment inspection, construction follow-up, and commissioning of modifications and repairs.
Ryad then joined Total in 2009 and held various positions. As a Shutdown Project Engineer, Ryad managed offshore construction and represented static equipment and piping. Ryad also supervised a large contractor workforce during major shutdowns.
Later, they became the Lead Integrated Operational Planning (IOP) for Total E&P Qatar Al-khalij asset. In this role, they coordinated and integrated all activities impacting site operations, ensuring synergy in HSE, cost, time, resources, and production.
Most recently, Ryad joined the North Oil Company Qatar in 2018. Ryad initially served as a Senior Project Construction Engineer and then progressed to the role of Lead Construction and Lead Brownfield Integration for the Ruya project.

Ryad Laincer's education history begins in 2004 when they attended the University Claude Lebois. Ryad completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, studying in this program from 2004 to 2006. Following this, in 2006, Ryad enrolled at APAVE SUDEUROP where they pursued an IWT (IIW International Welding Technologist) degree. Ryad completed their studies in this field in 2007.
