Satrian Affan

Satrian Affan has a diverse work experience in the field of environmental engineering and management. Most recently, they worked as an Environment Engineer for North Oil Company Qatar starting in March 2021. Prior to that, they served as an Environmental Management Coordinator for PETRONAS from October 2019 to March 2021. Satrian also held the position of Head of Environment Operations at PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam from January 2018 to September 2019.

Additionally, at Total, Satrian worked in various roles, including Head of Environment Operations from November 2014 to December 2017, Senior Environmental Engineering and Studies from May 2011 to June 2013, Environmental Supervisor at the Central Processing Unit (CPU) from September 2008 to April 2011, and Environmental Operation Engineer from August 2007 to August 2008.

In their role as Head of Environment Engineering and Studies Service at Total, Satrian was responsible for coordinating and organizing various environment studies, reviewing environmental performance and compliance, ensuring cost efficiency and effectiveness, managing human resources, and overseeing a team of three Environment Engineers.

Satrian Affan pursued their undergraduate degree in Environmental Engineering from 2002 to 2007 at Institut Teknologi Bandung. During their time there, they focused on studying Environmental Engineering. In 2005 and 2006, they had the opportunity to be a research student at Tokyo Institute of Technology in the Chemical Recycling Laboratory.
