Sergey Malyshev

Sergey Malyshev possesses extensive experience in maintenance management and optimisation within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as an Offshore Maintenance Work Preparator at North Oil Company Qatar since July 2017, Sergey is responsible for maintenance work planning and material coordination. Previously, Sergey held various key roles at Maersk Oil and Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V., including senior data analyst and maintenance optimisation manager. Notable achievements include leading maintenance teams and projects at BG Group and KPO, as well as expertise in CMMS implementation and root cause analysis. Sergey holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from West Kazakhstan State Polytechnic University and a leadership qualification from the Institute of Leadership & Management.
