Tom Butler is a seasoned professional in data management and IT support, currently serving as the Data Management Development Lead at North Oil Company Qatar since March 2025. Prior to this position, Tom held various roles at Talison Lithium, including SAP Trainer, Change Lead, and ERP Project Maintenance SME, showcasing expertise in SAP S4 HANA Cloud and Success Factors. Tom’s experience spans multiple companies, including Rio Tinto and Chevron, where roles included System Analyst and Solutions Analyst, emphasizing technical excellence and management of complex projects. Tom began their career at Market Creations, providing IT support, and later served as a Database Administrator at St Barbara Limited, where responsibilities included managing databases and mentoring staff. Tom holds a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from RMIT University and a Certificate IV in Information Technology from Durack Institute of Technology.
