Cicely Johnson, MCMHC, MHR, BHCM II, BHWC, is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as a Care Specialist II at Northcare, focused on mobile crisis intervention within the Putnam City School District. As the Founding Director of both the Love Project of Black Oklahoma and Raising Esther, Inc., Cicely leads initiatives that promote mental health awareness in the multicultural community and empower young girls through skill-building programs. Previous roles include Behavioral Health Technician positions at SSM Health and INTEGRIS Health, as well as a Social Worker at the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. With extensive educational credentials, Cicely is currently pursuing multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Social Work with a focus on military behavioral health and public health.
