Kyle Solomakha

Kyle Solomakha is a Managing Partner at North Park Ventures, where he focuses on acquisitions and oversees the company's property management and leasing arms. He is responsible for building relationships with brokers and property owners to secure acquisition opportunities. Prior to his current role, Kyle was the Director of Acquisitions in Florida, where he sourced new investment opportunities. He founded KNA Property Solutions, a real estate investment firm, before transitioning to corporate roles at companies like VMware and CED. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Sales from Florida State University.
