North Point Mergers and Acquisitions
Rick Hatton currently serves as Vice President at North Point Mergers and Acquisitions since April 2023. Previously, Rick held various positions at Baird from May 2019 to April 2023, advancing from Investment Banking Summer Analyst to Associate. Additional experience includes a role as Private Equity Summer Analyst at Keystone Capital in August 2019 and an Investment Banking Summer Analyst position at Billow Butler & Company in the summer of 2018. Rick also gained early exposure to the finance sector through job shadowing experiences at Deloitte and State Farm in 2018 and 2016, respectively. Before transitioning into finance, Rick worked as a Dining Room Manager at Gibsons Restaurant Group and as a Hockey Instructor at All Seasons Ice Rinks. Rick holds a Finance degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, having graduated in 2020.
