Karyn Ennis

Karyn Ennis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and consulting within the public sector. Currently serving as Senior Principal at North Rock Consulting since March 2025, Karyn previously worked as a Learning Resources Officer for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, overseeing the creation and implementation of training materials for the Veteran’s Benefits Administration. Karyn's career includes leadership roles at CGI and CGI Federal, where responsibilities ranged from directing projects for the State of Washington DOT to serving as Deputy Training Architect on VA projects. Karyn's expertise also encompasses technical training, development of learning resources, and user engagement strategies, supported by a bachelor's degree in Decision Sciences and Management Information Systems from George Mason University.
