Peggy Zugibe was first elected to the North Rockland Board in 1993 and currently serves as Vice President. In addition to serving on our Board of Education, Peggy - a former special education teacher - also serves as Board of Education President for Rockland BOCES, Treasurer of the Rockland County School Boards Association, the Area 10 Director and 1st Vice President of the New York State School Boards Association (NYSSBA), and the Mid-Hudson School Study Council. Peggy and all her children are graduates of the North Rockland Central School District.
