VP Compliance at North Shore Bank

Kristen Gagliano has over 15 years of experience in the banking industry. Kristen started their career at State Financial Bank as a Compliance Officer, where they performed compliance reviews and worked with business units to ensure regulatory compliance. In 2005, they joined Tri City National Bank as a Compliance & BSA Officer, overseeing regulatory compliance for a $1 billion institution with over 40 locations. Kristen created policies and procedures and provided training materials to enhance compliance across the bank. In 2013, they were promoted to Chief Risk Officer at Tri City National Bank, where they identified, measured, and monitored operational risk indicators. Kristen also worked with all departments of the bank to assess risk and developed mitigating controls when necessary. In 2017, Kristen joined North Shore Bank as VP Compliance, overseeing and managing BSA and regulatory compliance. Kristen created board reports and managed risk assessments related to regulatory compliance.

Kristen Gagliano attended the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison from 2016 to 2018. During this time, they did not obtain a degree or specialize in a specific field of study. Additionally, in 2018, they also attended the Wisconsin School of Business & Professional Development. It is unknown whether they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study at this institution.

In terms of additional certifications, Kristen Gagliano obtained the CRCM certification in November 2005 from the Institute of Certified Bankers.
