Andrea Milligan

Andrea Milligan has over two decades of experience in educational technology and instructional design. Currently, Milligan serves as the Director of the Center for Teaching, Learning, and Innovation at North Shore Community College since August 2010, and previously held the position of Director of Instructional Technology and Design. Prior roles include serving as the Director of Academic Technology at Framingham State University from September 1997 to August 2010. Milligan's academic qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Distance Learning from Northeastern University, a Master's degree in Library and Information Sciences from Simmons University, and a Bachelor's degree in History with a focus on Secondary Education from Lycoming College.
