Christie Spadafora

Christie Spadafora, MS, MBA, serves as a Senior Medical Affairs Training Consultant at Evergreen Training Solutions, LLC since July 2025 and is currently a Director of Medical Communications at Bristol Myers Squibb, focusing on worldwide medical neuropsychiatry and medical affairs training. Recognized with the 2023 Peer Excellence Award, accomplishments include the launch of Cobenfy for schizophrenia and the development of comprehensive medical affairs content and training programs. Additional experience includes roles at Novartis Gene Therapies, where a global medical training strategy was developed, and academic positions as Adjunct Faculty at North Shore Community College and Quincy College, where innovative biotechnology programs were established.
