Joseph B Johnson III

Back in 1994, along with some co-workers from the former St. Louis Bank for Savings (St. Looie), Joe started North Shore Mortgage and has had the pleasure to watch it grow to be the area’s largest local residential lender. Along with being a UMD graduate and a US Navy veteran, Joe has nearly 35 years of mortgage lending experience, a wall full of awards from various community housing associations, and the honor to sit on numerous local and state lending and non-lending boards of directors. First rate service, local decision making, and doing everything right the first time are standards that Joe intends never to compromise.
