Ellen Hardy

Ellen Hardy has a wealth of experience in healthcare management, starting in 1989 at Aurora Health Care as the Director of Inpatient Services. Since then, they have held various leadership roles at Elmbrook Memorial Hospital, Family Health Plan, Mile Bluff Medical Center, E Hardy Consulting, University of Phoenix, Ascension Senior Living, Providence Health Group, Pathway Health, and currently at North Shore Healthcare, LLC as the Vice President. Their roles have included consultant, administrator, nurse consultant, nursing consultant, and director, showcasing their diverse skill set and ability to drive excellence in healthcare operations.

Ellen Hardy completed their Diploma in Nursing at Deaconess Hospital from 1974 to 1977. Ellen then earned their Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Carroll University from 1984 to 1988. Finally, they obtained a Master's degree in Quality Management and Leadership from Marian University of Fond du Lac from 1993 to 1995. Ellen also received the certification of Certified Director of Nursing Services (DNS-CT) from AADNS in January 2018.
