Jeremy Wickham, CETL has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of education technology. Jeremy started their career as a Social Studies Instructor in various schools, including Galapagos Charter Schools and Chicago Public Schools. In 2011, they joined Cristo Rey St. Martin as a Social Studies Teacher, where they also managed Google Apps for Education Admin Console, the firewall, AeroHive manager, Learning Management System (Schoology), and Student Information System (PowerSchool).

Jeremy then transitioned into instructional technology roles, serving as an Instructional Technology Coach at Lincolnwood School District 74. In this position, they supported the school's 1:1 computing program, co-planned and co-taught with teachers, and provided professional development on new tools. Jeremy also handled various tasks such as modeling lessons, observing classes, promoting digital citizenship, preparing resources, and providing tech support.

Jeremy further expanded their expertise as a Technology Coach at Otus | Student Performance Platform, where they provided technology coaching to educators. Additionally, they worked as a Coordinator of Academic Technology at Zion Elementary School District 6, focusing on integrating academic technology in the district.

Recently, Jeremy joined North Shore School District 112, first as an Associate Principal, then as the Coordinator of Information Technology, and currently as the Director of Technology. In these roles, they have been responsible for overseeing technology initiatives and ensuring the smooth integration of technology in the district.

Jeremy Wickham, CETL, has a strong educational background in various fields. Jeremy obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History and International Studies from the University of Iowa, which they completed between 2001 and 2005. In 2008 and 2009, they pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed) degree in Secondary Education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Later, in 2012 and 2013, they earned a Master of Science in Education (M.S. Ed.) degree in Instructional Technology from Northern Illinois University. Jeremy expanded their knowledge in the field of education by completing an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Educational Administration and Supervision at National Louis University from 2016 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Jeremy Wickham has obtained multiple certifications to enhance their expertise in education technology. Jeremy earned the Certified Education Technology Leader (CETL) certification and obtained the title of CETL from the Consortium for School Networking (CoSN) in January 2023. Jeremy also achieved the title of Certified Education Technology Leader from the same institution in January 2023. Jeremy Wickham obtained the Pear Deck Certified Coach certification from Pear Deck in January 2016.
