Quazi Tafsirul Islam

Quazi Tafsirul Islam serves as a Series Editor for the Emerald Sustainable Approaches to Poverty Alleviation series and is a Senior Lecturer and Researcher at North South University, where responsibilities include teaching, course coordination, and AACSB accreditation efforts. In addition, Quazi coordinates the NSU Startups Next program, supporting innovation and entrepreneurship. Previous experience encompasses roles in human resources and banking at various institutions, including Eastern Bank Limited and Standard Chartered Bank, and advisory work with the International Youth Development Society. Quazi holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Management & Human Resources Management from the University of Dundee and certifications in banking management from the Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management.
