Mehwish Nasim

Mehwish Nasim holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Konstanz and currently serves as a Senior Lecturer at The University of Western Australia, where Mehwish leads the Network Analysis and Social Influence Modelling (NASIM) Lab. Additional academic roles include Adjunct Lecturer and Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Adelaide, as well as Adjunct Senior Lecturer and Lecturer at Flinders University. Previous experience encompasses positions as a Visiting Scientist and Data Scientist at CSIRO's Data61 and an Associate Investigator at the ARC Centre of Excellence for Mathematical and Statistical Frontiers. Mehwish's expertise spans predictive modeling, statistical data analysis, machine learning, network science, and graph theory, with a strong background in teaching and research across multiple institutions, including NUST School of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science and InterActive Group.
