Sarah Kennedy

Sarah Kennedy currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at North Star Behavioral Health, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Sarah held multiple leadership positions at Providence from August 2015 to July 2023, including Director of Environment of Care, Director of Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement Program Manager, and Project Manager (Blackbelt). Earlier experience includes serving as a Business Analyst at Baker Hughes from March 2014 to August 2015, where project management skills were applied to business development projects and Key Performance Indicators were monitored for Alaska Product Lines. Sarah also worked as a Six Sigma Black Belt at Caterpillar Work Tools, Inc. from March 2007 to March 2014, leading various business improvement projects and coordinating multi-million dollar asset acquisitions. Sarah holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Fort Hays State University and two Bachelor's degrees in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kansas State University.
