Courtney Ernston

Courtney Ernston has extensive work experience in the legal field, beginning as an intern at the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2011. Courtney went on to work as a legal intern at the Velie Law Firm, PLLC, where they drafted immigration petitions and memoranda. Courtney also worked as a legal intern at Hornbeek Vitali & Braun, performing research on cooperative liability, bailment issues, and premises liability cases for large corporations. Ernston then served as a legal intern at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, researching and drafting memoranda on various legal topics, including medical malpractice standards, procedural laws, and State liability. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as an English Instructor at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. In 2014, they became the Managing Attorney at Optimus Law Office PLLC, where they offered a range of legal services in business and family immigration, civil construction litigation, and small business audits. From 2014 to 2022, Ernston served as a Partner at Minnesota Construction Law Services PLLC and as a Legal Intern at Kalar Law Office.
