TIM SCHMIDT

TIM SCHMIDT began their career in 1991 as a Senior Auditor/CPA at Arthur Andersen. In 1995, they joined General Mills as an Internal Auditor. TIM then moved into various roles at General Mills, including Sr. Sourcing Manager, Commodities, Sr. Finance Manager - Sourcing, Sr. Finance Manager - Foodservice, Sr. Finance Manager - Sales, and Financial Ops Manager - Manufacturing. TIM left General Mills in 2015 to join QualiTech as the Chief Financial Officer, where they were responsible for budgeting and forecasting, planning and analysis, accurate financial reporting, and effective controls and efficient transaction processing. In 2020, TIM SCHMIDT joined North States Industries as the Chief Financial Officer.

TIM SCHMIDT obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Accounting from Luther College and a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) from the Minnesota Board of Accountancy in October 1993. TIM then attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and obtained an Executive MBA - North American Program between 2001 and 2003.
