Ken Fischer

Ken Fischer has extensive experience in utility operations management, water quality control, and maintenance work. Ken has worked at North Tahoe Public Utility District as the Utility Operations Manager, overseeing water and wastewater operations. Additionally, Ken has experience as a Lead Water Quality Control Technician and Maintenance Worker 2. Prior to this, Ken worked at Southern Spars as the Director of Plant Operations, specializing in carbon fiber manufacturing for sailing equipment. Ken graduated from Burbank High School in 1979.
