Allen Kryscynski

Allen (Jamie) Kryscynski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in utility tree trimming operations and regulatory strategy. Currently serving as the Manager of Utility Tree Trim Operations at DTE Energy since July 2014, Jamie oversees a $200M+ annual operation, managing a team of 25 employees and eight contractors. Achievements include improving safety in trimming operations, developing a pricing structure that saved over $15M, and implementing a five-year optimization model for tree trimming. Prior roles at DTE included managing regulatory tree trim rate cases, directing project management initiatives, and leading strategy for distribution operations. Earlier career experience includes senior regulatory analysis and community relations at ITC Holdings Corp. and soil erosion program roles in Washtenaw County. Jamie holds an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Policy and Natural Resource Management from the University of Michigan - School of Natural Resources and Environment.
