Emily Nuebling, MBA, serves as Controller and Director of Finance at North Texas Behavioral Health Authority since January 2022. Previously, Emily held multiple leadership roles at Child and Family Guidance Centers from 2011 to 2022, including Director of Human Resources, where significant cost reductions and workflow enhancements were achieved. Additional experience includes consultancy for the American Association of Community Psychiatrists, oversight of compliance at North Texas Behavioral Health Authority, and extensive contracting roles at Humana Behavioral Health. Emily's educational background includes a Master of Science in Accounting and an MBA from Texas Woman's University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of North Texas.
North Texas Behavioral Health Authority
The North Texas Behavioral Health Authority (NTBHA) is the state designated Local Behavioral Health Authority (LBHA) for the counties of Dallas, Ellis, Hunt, Kaufman, Navarro and Rockwall. NTBHA was created to be a safety net for our behavioral health system of care, which encompasses mental health, substance use, and crisis services for persons eligible for Medicaid and/or public behavioral health funds within our six county region.
