Jaclyn Gulino, M.S., is an experienced professional in behavioral health and social services, currently serving as a Rockwall County Care Coordinator for the North Texas Behavioral Health Authority since February 2020. In this role, Jaclyn focuses on linking and referring individuals to community resources, coordinating needs for various populations, and conducting follow-ups and reports. Previous experience includes serving as Program Administrator at LifePath Systems, where Jaclyn managed a multifunctional team and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements, and various positions at Lakes Regional Community Center, where Jaclyn led programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring quality and satisfaction of services. Jaclyn holds a Master of Science in Applied Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
North Texas Behavioral Health Authority
The North Texas Behavioral Health Authority (NTBHA) is the state designated Local Behavioral Health Authority (LBHA) for the counties of Dallas, Ellis, Hunt, Kaufman, Navarro and Rockwall. NTBHA was created to be a safety net for our behavioral health system of care, which encompasses mental health, substance use, and crisis services for persons eligible for Medicaid and/or public behavioral health funds within our six county region.
