Ali al Obaidi

Ali Al Obaidi is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in software engineering and application administration. Currently serving as a Senior Enterprise Application Administrator at North Texas Municipal Water District since June 2025, Ali previously held the position of Software Engineer Technical Lead at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services from May 2023 to June 2025. Prior roles include System Analyst at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas from September 2022 to June 2023, and Senior Developer at Bernalillo County from December 2018 to September 2022. Ali's foundational education in Computer Information Systems was obtained at Central New Mexico Community College between January 2017 and December 2020, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Mustansiriyah University, completed in June 2011.
