Racr Derek Jones

Derek Jones, RACR, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at the North Texas Tollway Authority, starting in June 2023. With extensive experience in talent acquisition, Derek has held various managerial roles at Farmer Brothers and Adeptus Health, where significant contributions were made to the emergency medical services sector. Previous positions include Senior Nurse Recruiter for the Nurse Residency Program at UT Southwestern Medical Center and National Recruiter for the American Heart Association. Derek's recruitment expertise also extends to regional roles with DaVita, Ryder System, Inc., and Texas Health Resources. Educational background includes studies at Grambling State University and Navarro College.
