Jen Leadbetter

Jen Leadbetter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in heritage and planning, currently serving as the Heritage and Conservation Officer at North Warwickshire Borough Council since September 2022. Prior to this role, Jen worked as a Heritage Consultant at Node and as a Planner at Aspbury Planning Ltd. Experience includes a position as Project Assistant at Nottingham Trent University, where support was provided to improve university campuses. Jen's career in planning commenced as a Planning Administrator at Melton Borough Council. Educational credentials include a Post Graduate Diploma in Conservation of the Historic Environment from Birmingham City University, a Town and Country Planning MA from the University of the West of England, and two degrees in Architecture from the University of Strathclyde and Duncan and Jordanstone College of Art, complemented by an Art and Design Foundation.
