Richard Topliss

Richard Topliss is an experienced leader in private equity and corporate governance, currently serving as Chairman of Traditum Private Equity since January 2023, where the focus is on providing bespoke and tax-efficient investment solutions. In addition to this role, Richard is a Non Executive Director at British Engines, contributing to corporate governance and growth strategy for the family-owned business. Richard also holds a longstanding position as a Board Member of the North West Business Leadership Team since 2006. Previously, Richard led The Growth Company as Chairman from September 2014 to March 2023 and was a Board Member of the Greater Manchester Local Enterprise Partnership during the same period. Richard's extensive background includes a 42-year tenure at NatWest, culminating as Managing Director for Corporate Banking in the North Region until December 2022.
