Jinnie Gardiner

Jinnie Gardiner, BS, CHC, serves as the Program Director for Surgical Technology and Compliance and Ethics at North-West College since August 2011. With responsibilities that extend beyond curriculum development, Jinnie actively instructs and manages the Surgical Technology Program, ensuring that students gain a comprehensive education tailored to real-world healthcare challenges. Previously, Jinnie held the position of Hospital Education Coordinator at Medical City Arlington from 2006 to 2010, where a focus on patient care quality led to the successful implementation of risk analysis and education strategies. Jinnie also served as Program Director at Concorde Career Colleges from 2002 to 2004. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Compliance and Regulations with Highest Honors from Arizona State University (2018-2022) and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences: Social & Behavioral Science from Cerritos College (2014-2017).
