Chris Roberts

Chris Roberts has extensive experience in telecommunications and network management, currently serving as the Telecom Cable & Planning Team Leader at Electricity North West since April 2009, with a focus on fibre network design and operations. Previous roles include Fibre & Cable Design Engineer and Fibre Project Delivery Engineer at United Utilities, as well as Project Delivery Engineer at Initial Electronics, where leadership in redesigning the HA CCTV fibre network was key. At Your Communications, Roberts held the position of Fibre Construction & Maintenance Manager, overseeing national fibre network activities and managing health, safety, and quality standards. Early career experience includes telecommunications service in the Royal Air Force. Chris Roberts holds an HNC in Business from The University of Bolton and received foundational education at RAF Locking and Hayward.
