Sharon Onuk

Sharon Onuk has extensive experience in the utility sector, currently serving as Cyber Resilience Operations Manager at Electricity North West since January 2008, with previous roles including IT Risk and CSI Manager, IT&T Portfolio Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager, and Operations and Maintenance Programme Manager. Sharon oversees a £22 million annual programme focused on fault restoration, inspections, and maintenance, while also engaging in governance, stakeholder management, and resource planning. Additionally, Sharon holds the position of Transformation PMO Manager within a utility group reporting a £350 million annual turnover. At Citizens Advice Bureaux (Salford), Sharon has taken on charitable responsibilities as Director and Trustee since January 2015. Sharon earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from the University of Leicester and completed secondary education at Bolton County Grammar School from 1980 to 1985.
