Thomas Roe has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Maintenance and Turnaround Manager at North West Redwater Partnership since March 2013. In this role, Thomas leads pre-commissioning activities and has also developed the NWR Turnaround Strategy while overseeing construction execution for sustaining projects. Prior to this position, Thomas held various managerial roles, including Turnaround Manager at Northwest Redwater Partnership and Manager of C&SU Sustaining Projects at Suncor Energy, where oversight included commissioning strategies and operations management. Thomas began a career at Agrium in process operations and holds a Second Class Power Engineer degree from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and a Technical Diploma in Chemical Engineering Technology from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
