Jan Cox Qvrm

Jan Cox QVRM is currently the Regional Employer Engagement Director at North West Reserve Forces and Cadets Association since July 2019. Prior to this, served as a Royal Naval Reservist at the Royal Naval Reserve from February 1980 to November 2019. Also held positions within the UK Ministry of Defence and the Royal Navy, focusing on training management and delivery. Additionally, worked as a Chief Petty Officer and held a managerial role in human resources customer services at Royal and Sunalliace. Jan completed CIPD qualifications in Workforce Development, Training, and Leadership and attended Stanley Park Comp in Liverpool.
