John Schmersal

John Schmersal is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in business development and account management. Currently serving as Sales Director and previously as Business Development Manager at North West Rubber Group since March 2022, John has honed expertise in relationship building, strategic sales execution, and market analysis. Prior roles include National Account Manager at ITW from January 2018 to March 2022 and at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company from November 2009 to December 2017, where responsibilities encompassed developing comprehensive sales strategies and managing major retail partnerships.
