Kimberley Hill, MPP, has extensive work experience in data governance, analytics, and healthcare. Kimberley is currently the Director of Data Governance & Enterprise Analytics at North York General Hospital since March 2023. Previously, they worked as the Director of Digital Health Analytics at Saskatchewan Health Authority from June 2022 to March 2023. Before that, they served as the Director at Saskatchewan Ministry of Social Services from July 2021 to June 2022. From February 2020 to June 2021, they held the position of Director of Data Governance & Analytics at Grand River Hospital. Kimberley also worked as the Group Manager of Data & Analytics Governance at Cancer Care Ontario from September 2017 to January 2020. Kimberley held the position of Director of Information Governance at E-Health Saskatchewan from May 2014 to September 2017. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Intern at Saskatchewan Ministry of Health from September 2013 to April 2014. Kimberley's work experience also includes field placements at Saskatchewan Ministry of Health, Canadian Institute for Health Information, and Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre as they gained valuable expertise in risk management, privacy, and clinical research coordination.
Kimberley Hill, MPP, completed their education at the University of Regina. Kimberley obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2000. Later, they earned a Diploma in Business Administration and Management in 2011. Additionally, they completed their Master of Public Policy with a focus on Health Systems Research in 2014. In 2016, Hill received certification as a Lean Leader from John Black and Associates.
