Rahim Moledina is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development, talent management, and learning across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development, Talent Management, and Learning at North York General Hospital since August 2024, Moledina previously held a key role at VON Canada, focusing on digital health transformation and education strategy. With a proven track record at Metro Ontario, Moledina invented the Say HHi In-Store Customer Service Training and Recognition Program, which significantly enhanced customer satisfaction and generated substantial cost savings. Moledina also led talent management initiatives at Toronto Community Housing, implemented change management strategies at Trillium Health Partners, and developed leadership programs across multiple organizations.
