Benjamin Nørup Agerholm

Benjamin Nørup Agerholm is a seasoned professional in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Director at NORTH - your risk guide since May 2022, having previously held roles as Senior Manager and M&A Specialist within the same company. Prior to joining NORTH, Benjamin worked as an Advokat and Advokatfuldmægtig at Agentoft Advokater from April 2021 to May 2022, and also gained experience as an Advokatfuldmægtig at LRP and Moalem Weitemeyer, along with a traineeship. Benjamin has been actively involved with Den Mobile Retshjælp as a board member and vice chairman from March 2015 to April 2022. Educationally, Benjamin holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from South Texas College of Law Houston, along with a Cand.Jur. and a Kandidat in Law from Aarhus University. The academic journey began with a Bachelor in Law from Aarhus University and earlier studies at Marselisborg Gymnasium.
