Joshua Oldfield

Joshua Oldfield is an experienced manager and educator in women's football, currently serving as the Manager of NTFC Women and FEP Women's Lead & Tutor at Northampton Town Football Club since September 2017. Joshua's prior roles at the club include joint manager of NTFC Women, Inclusion Officer, and FEP Coach. With a background in community coaching, Joshua has also worked as a Sports Participation Officer and a pre-academy coach. Outside of football, Joshua has served as a Youth Engagement Officer for Ingeus and The EBP, focusing on youth recruitment and mentorship for the NCS program. Joshua began the professional journey as a Business Savings Consultant at Nationwide Building Society and as a Football Development Coach with Northants Junior Foxes. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Performance and Coaching from the University of Northampton.
