Pete Stephenson

Pete Stephenson has been working with Northampton Town Football Club since September 2010, initially starting as an intern with the Under 18's team. Over the years, Pete has held various roles within the club, including Head Football & Education Programme Coach, Lead Academy Education, and Lead Academy Sport Scientist. Pete has also worked with Southampton Football Club as a Development Centre Coach and Head Coach. Pete's experience includes coaching, teaching, and managing education provision for Academy players, as well as organizing and recruiting future cohorts for different programs. Additionally, Pete has coached in PE lessons, after school clubs, and holiday camps run by the clubs.
