In 2000, they joined Northamptonshire Police after going the special constabulary in 1998.

Currently, they hold the position of Head of Local Policing at Northamptonshire Police, starting in July 2024.

Chris is a Gold Public Order, Firearms, Multi-agency and CBRNe Commander.
