Marie Forsyth

Marie Forsyth began their work experience at Northampton Herald & Post in 2001 as a trainee reporter. Marie later worked as a senior reporter and sub-editor, gaining experience in various aspects of journalism. In 2007, Marie joined Northamptonshire Police as a Media and Communications Officer, where they provided support to officers and responded to media inquiries. In 2013, they took on the role of News Producer, responsible for producing news content, including video and social media posts. Marie is currently the Deputy Head of Corporate Communications at Northamptonshire Police.

Marie Forsyth completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English, Education, and Geography from The University of Northampton between the years 1998 and 2001. Additionally, they obtained a Trinity Mirror Certificate in Journalism from Trinity Mirror, although the specific duration of this program is not provided.
