Dean Pawley

Dean Pawley has over 25 years of experience in information technology, with a current role as a Sharepoint Developer at NorthBay Healthcare since December 2015. Prior to this, Dean served as an Information Systems Architect at Johns Hopkins Medicine | Suburban Hospital, where responsibilities included designing reliable information architectures and facilitating communication between various project stakeholders. A solid background as a Senior Programmer/Analyst at the American Psychological Association involved managing complex IT projects and providing leadership for cross-functional teams. Dean also held roles as Manager of Training for the Solano County Workforce Investment Board and President and CIO of Computer Services and Instruction, along with serving in the United States Air Force. Educational credentials include studies at the University of Phoenix, Community College of the Air Force, University of Maryland, Brown University, and Rhode Island College.
