Domenica Kelley

Domenica Kelley is an experienced Clinical Nurse IV in the ICU at NorthBay Healthcare since July 2008, managing complex patient care that includes Target Temperature Management, sedation, and various intravenous therapies. Proficient in administering chemotherapy and addressing oncology patient needs as a Medical Oncology Certified Nurse, Domenica has a strong background in patient education, advocacy, and clinical team collaboration. Previous roles include Clinical Nurse II and III in Acute Care, where responsibilities included supervising nursing staff and acting as a preceptor. Early career experience as a Nurse Extern in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit demonstrated strong organizational and patient care skills.
